Don’t toss those valuables! The MOQ Human Needs Garage Sale will be held July 31st, August 1st, and August 2nd. Save those treasures!
The more treasures, the more sales, the more families we assist. Community service hours available for Confirmation and High School students.
Last year we were able to provide $64,248 in rental, utility, food and other basic assistance. We also shared $28,000 of our Garage Sale proceeds with 7 local ministries. The Garage Sale proceeds and donations during the year enable us to provide that assistance, no parish funds are used.
If you have a High School students in need of community service hours, we welcome them. We especially use guys for set up on Sunday, in the evening during the week, Friday and Saturday during the sale and for clean up on Sunday. Please consider signing up for a shift or shifts to help us out. Remember—we have air conditioning!

DONATIONS NEEDED: ANY & ALL USABLE ITEMS. TOOLS – FURNITURE – HOUSEHOLD ITEMS – BOOKS – TOYS-JEWELRY – DISHES – HARDWARE – WORKING APPLIANCES. PLEASE!!! CLOTHING SHOULD BE CLEAN & NOT TORN!!! We CANNOT take tires, paint, liquids, built-in appliances, air-conditioners, de-humidifiers, TV’s (unless flat screen), encyclopedias, water beds, shower doors, damaged furniture, entertainment centers, hide-a-beds, mattress, box springs, text books and magazines. We have to pay to dispose of if not sold.
