The Gospel of John—Two Sessions Available

This participant-centered, twenty-four session course on The Gospel of John, Chapters 15 thru 21 is designed for small group discussion, and will be facilitated by Larry T. Smith. Topics of discussion will include: The Vine and the Branches, The World’s Hatred, The Coming of the Advocate (Holy Spirit), The Prayer of Jesus, The Arrest of Jesus, The Inquiry Before Annas, The Trial Before Pilate, The Crucifixion of Jesus, The Blood and Water, The Burial of Jesus, The Empty Tomb, The Appearance to Mary Magdala, The Appearance to the Disciples, Thomas, and The Beloved Disciple.

Two opportunities for discussion:

The Men of Faith will resume meeting on Saturday mornings this fall beginning September 23rd at St. John Vianney. We meet Saturday mornings for an optional communion service at 7:30am; class begins at 8:00am and concludes at 9:30am. The men of St. John Vianney and Mary Our Queen Parishes are invited to join us. Adult Bible Study will meet on Thursday nights at St. John Vianney beginning October 12. We will meet Thursdays 7:00pm to 8:30pm in the Ars room. You must register for this Bible Study by September 25, so that we have enough time to print the course materials. Cost of the Student Study Guide is $25.
